Do you place items on back order?
No, your item will not be placed on backorder. Although we avoid advertising products that are no longer in stock, in the instance that your item has sold out, you will be contacted by the Customer Service to arrange a store credit or refund if we are unable to source the item from elsewhere.
Can I place an item on hold for purchase at a later date?
Sorry, but we do not offer this option.
How do I know if you carry a certain brand?
Please type the name of the brand you are searching for into our search toolbar to view the items from that brand.
When can I expect new products to be listed on your website?

Is there somewhere I can go to view the product prior to purchasing?
Unfortunately, we do not have a retail store and for safety reasons we cannot allow customers in the warehouse. If you have any questions regarding the products, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.

How do I register a new account?

How do I update my details on my account?
Please click on the ‘Account’ tab at the top right hand side of the page. Scroll down to find your account information as well as ‘Edit’ next to ‘Contact Information’. Click on ‘Edit’, then change your details as needed, and finally, click the ‘Save’ button to ensure your details have been saved.

What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies in my browser?

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. Lazada payment system has a 128-bit SSL security encryption certification awarded by VeriSign. You can see the transaction is secure if you see a keylock in your web browser. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. Rather, it is submitted directly to our banks. You can rest assured that with each purchase your credit card or bank account information will be secured.
My credit card details are not being accepted. What's wrong?
Please check with your bank or financial institution to rule out errors on their behalf. If problems continue to persist, please contact Customer Service who will notify the IT department of technical difficulties.
My computer froze while processing payment. How will I know that my payment went through successfully?
All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email that contains an order tracking number. If you have not received confirmation via email, please try placing your order again. Alternatively, please contact Customer Service to confirm the placement of your order.
Are your prices in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR)?
All prices is in Malaysian Ringgit.
Does your prices include taxes?
All prices are inclusive of taxes.
1.6 Store Credit & Vouchers
How do I use my store credit?
If you have been issues store credit, you will have received a voucher number. Please type this voucher number into the allocated field upon checkout to have the credit amount deducted from your retail price. Your Store Credit is valid for 30 days.
Please note that store credit is only granted once returned items have been processed by Quality Control who will confirm any proposed fault(s) in items or deem the item to be unworn and in original condition.

2. Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take for delivery?
Lazada delivers most orders within 2-5 business days, some selected items require 4-7 business days. We will always attempt to deliver your items as fast as possible but due to logistical reasons, we may be required to ship your items together. This means the delivery time will depend on the longest delivery item in your cart.
How long does it take for delivery from our partners?
If your order is shipped from one of our partner's warehouses, your order will arrive in 2-5 business days
How will the item be sent?
We deliver via our partners GDex and TA-Q-BIN.
Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?
Yes, your parcel can be delivered to an office address. Please enter the delivery address along with your full name upon checkout.
What is the postage & handling charge on orders?
A shipping fee may be applied depending on your order, but all regions of Malaysia are eligible for free delivery. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for further information.
My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?
Please allow at least 1-3 business days for your order to arrive. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are currently only shipping within Malaysia.

What is the status of my order?
For most purchases, you should receive your order within 1-3 business days. If you have chosen to pay by Cash on Delivery, you will receive a phone call to confirm a time of delivery of your purchase.
