How do I order for corporate/bulk?

To make a corporate/ bulk purchase, please reach us at b2b@lazada.com.my with the below information:

  • Contact/Company name
  • Contact number
  • Delivery address
  • Product name
  • SKU
  • Quantity
  • Additional information (if any)

We will contact you within 24 hours and provide with a quotation and necessary information for your reference.

Notes:

  • For corporate/bulk purchase, the minimum purchase amount is RM 5,000
  • For purchase amount less than RM 5,000, please make multiple-purchases from our website
  • Products from oversea are not applicable for corporate/bulk purchase

How long does it take to deliver B2B orders?

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and SMS.

After successful verification, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

  • Klang Valley: within 7 working days after payment verification completed
  • Peninsular & East Msia: within 14 working days after payment verification completed

What are the payment method options for corporate/bulk order?

There are two options for payment method:

1. Telegraph Transfer (TT) directly to Lazada's Citibank account. We will provide you with account details once purchase is confirmed. (Preferred method)

2. Cheque payable to E-Cart Services Sdn. Bhd. We will provide you with account details once purchase is confirmed

What is the return policy for corporate/bulk order?

Corporate/bulk order(s) cannot be returned. If your items are defective, please contact your product manufacturer or service canter directly or contact us at b2b@lazada.com.my

How much discount can I get for corporate/bulk orders?

The price will be the same as stated on the website at the time of purchase.

Is GST included in the quotation?

Yes, GST of 6% is included.

Is shipping fee included in the product price?

Shipping and handling fee will be indicated separately from the sales price in the quotation.

Is the product genuine?

All items sold on Lazada Malaysia are guaranteed 100% genuine and serviced at genuine warranty center.

Are promotions applicable for corporate/bulk order?

Does Lazada offer installation and technical support service?
