Are they any additional costs?

The cost of product and services will be described as per product description page. Any additional services is subject to additional charges at the workshop.

Why should I get help for mounting TV on the wall?

TVs are expensive, somewhat delicate, and surprisingly heavy. A professional TV installation will safeguard the investment you've already made in your TV, as well as safeguarding your back and your drywall. Also, a pro installer can help you determine the best location for mounting, to help make your home theater as epic as possible.

What's included with TV installation service?

  • Installation of 1 non-swivel TV mounting bracket
  • Securing the TV and load testing the unit
  • Cord concealment within provider-supplied cover
  • TV mounting is for drywall only
  • Configuring 1 TV (purchased from Lazada)
  • Programming of up to 2 remotes (if provided)
  • Demonstrating how to use your newly connected TV

How to avail installation service on Lazada?

Currently, we provide installation services along with the purchase of TV only for selected locations. Please ensure that the installation address is in the covered area, then add to cart and check out

How to schedule appointment for Installation service?

Once the TV is delivered at your place, our experts from installation team will call you within 24 hours to schedule an appointment as per available slot and your convenient time.

Are there any extra charges for scheduling the delivery at a convenient time?

No. There are no extra charges. Just check for available slots and pick a time

What do I need to do before my TV Wall Mounting appointment?

Please make sure you have the TV and its power cord on hand before your appointment. When the service provider arrives to mount your flat-screen to the wall, you'll need to show him the wall where the TV goes and the appropriate outlet (directly below or behind your TV).

Where should I get my TV Wall Mounted?

The TV installer can help you determine the best location, based on the location of the power outlet, the location of wall studs (to support the weight of your TV), and where you plan to sit or lie down while watching the TV. The pro will want to know if you'll be sitting, standing, or lying down, so that the height of the TV will be comfortable for your neck. And, for that reason, TV Wall Mounting on or above a fireplace is rarely the best choice, even if it doesn't involve drilling through solid brick or stone.

How long does it take to complete my TV Installation?

Most standard packages take 2-3 hrs. Custom Installations(Ad-hoc) might take longer

What if I need something done that is not included in your installation packages?

You can request ad-hoc service (depending on availability) to our installer visiting your place for installation and they will design a custom installation package that fits your needs at additional charges. Payment for additional charges to be paid directly to installer.

Can I use any payment method?

Yes, except COD you can choose any payment method.

Can I change my service location?

Yes. Please contact the merchant directly to change the service location.

Can I change my appointment time?

Yes. Please contact merchant directly to reschedule the appointment time.

Is there a cancellation fee if I cancel my appointment?

There is no cancellation fee prior to 2 hours of appointment scheduled.

What if I have ordered 2 TV's from Lazada and require installation for both?

Please select and add to cart installation service with both TV respectively, our team of installer will call you to book an appointment.

Can I change my appointment time?

Yes, you can change appointment time by contacting Lazada customer care number (Maximum you can reschedule 3 times)

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, if you have changed your mind and would like to cancel the installation before delivery of TV, please click on “Track my order” → Select the order ID → Click on “Cancel Item” within installation.

I cannot decide on when to book, can I do it a later date?

Yes, you can inform to Lazada customer care number and request to schedule as per your convenient date later.

Can I trade-in my tires for cheaper price?

We do not allow trade-in tires.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellation is only allowed if the appointment had not been confirmed. Please contact Lazada to cancel the order.

How will I get confirmation of my booking appointment?

You will receive an SMS confirmation once an appointment has been confirmed, completed or reschedule. We will also send a reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

I change my mind and want to return my order?

Currently, change of mind is not allowed for service orders.

Is there a warranty for the service?

There is no warranty for the service.

I cannot go to the workshop personally?

You can send someone on your behalf provided they have proof of identification, a copy of the email and SMS confirmation from Lazada. Also, the service will only be conducted on the vehicle that matches the vehicle model, car plate number and specifications during the appointment call.

If I do not wish to proceed with the installation will I be able to collect the product?

Yes, you can collect the product. You would also need to notify the merchant and sign an acknowledge form that you no longer wish to proceed with the service.

What shoud I bring in order to redeem the installation?

ID, email confirmation of purchase from Lazada. You can also show the SMS received for the appointment.

What if I only required the product but not the installation, will Lazada refund me partially for the installation fee?

No refund on the installation fee as it is included with the product. You will also need to collect the item.

Upon completion of the installation, will I need to sign any document for acknowledgement?

Yes, there is a document need to be signed as acknowledgement of completing the service.

It says on your website that the merchant will contact me within 24 working hours to book my appointment, but I have not been contacted?

Please contact Lazada customer care number and we will help you to fix appointment by installer within 24 working hours

How will I get confirmation of my booking appointment?

Our installation partner will contact you through call for scheduling appointment within 24 hrs of TV delivery and once the appointment is scheduled, installation partner will send confirmation message on the same mobile number.

I change my mind and want to return my order?

Installation order does not fall under return policy

I change my mind and want to cancel the installation services and request for my refund?

You can choose to cancel the installation order only before the delivery of TV and complete amount would be refunded to your account as per normal refund policy

Is there a warranty for the installation?

Yes, installation bracket (purchased from Lazada partner) will be covered under 2 weeks’ seller warranty

Can somebody else be on my behalf at the time of booking?

Yes, you need not be available in person at the time of installation and can delegate someone at point of installation

What if I only required the product but not the installation, will Lazada refund me partially for the installation fee?

You can choose to cancel the installation order only before the delivery of TV and complete amount would be refunded to your account as per normal refund policy

Upon completion of the installation, will I need to sign any document for acknowledgement?

Yes, we would request you to sign Proof of Installation to validate completion of installation service by installer.
