Lazada guarantee that all purchased products are genuine, brand new and not defective.
If the products received are not at the conditions described above, please notify us within 48 hours from the time you received the item. Lazada has the right to refuse any support if customers fail to inform us in the notification window period stated.
In case the product you receive does not meet our commitment as stated above, you will have 14 days to return products.
The returned item must be sent to Lazada for quality checking (QC). Lazada will replace it by a new one or refund the paid price of the returned item if it meets our Return terms and Conditions.
This was my first purchase in Lazada and I was disappointed. I am surprised that you can get charged for shipping for an email. After the purchase I was not told when will my item will arrive or sent to me via email and I was keeped notifying the members of lazada to help me with this problem . But all and all I have to say , lazada still gave a good service even to a customer that's annoying as I was you guys stayed calmed and helpful and I am grateful for that and as promised I received my item via email before 7 as stated and I am very saitisfied with your services thow I hope that I don't have to wait so long nor have to get charged for postage of an email again .
