1. Our "Lowest Price Guarantee" applies to confirmed orders only. You must provide us with your Lazada.com.my order confirmation number in order to make a claim.
The following conditions must apply:
  • The items must be exactly the same including identical warranty terms.
  • The item must have comparable delivery times.
  • The items must be in stock and available for instant purchase on the competitor website.
  • The competitor must be a comparable online store.
2. The "Lowest Price Guarantee" does not apply to the following conditions:
  • Packaged or promotional rates.
  • Pre-order items.
  • Non-comparable websites including, but not limited to, auction sites and marketplaces.
  • Items sold as part of promotional package such as "purchase for purchase".
  • Prices that are not available to the general public, which include: bulk purchase or wholesale price, which is meant for business-to-business - Group purchase.
3. The lowest price guarantee is only valid for five days from the date of purchase.
4. All price difference refunds will be credited to the customer through a Lazada.com.my store credit voucher.
5. Lazada.com.my has the right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including but not limited to, determining that it is for the same items, if the product offers are meant for promotional rate, and Claims processing requirements.
6. Our "Lowest Price Guarantee" cannot be combined with other offers.
7. Lazada.com.my reserves the rights to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the "Lowest Price Guarantee" at anytime.
