Shipping & Returns
Lazada aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase, as mentioned on the product page. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
All regions of Malaysia are eligible for free delivery, however a shipping fee may be applied. Conditions for fees are as follows:
- West Malaysia – Orders above RM100 will be charged no fee, orders below RM100 will be charged a flat rate of RM15
- East Malaysia – Orders above RM150 will be charged no fee, orders below RM150 will be charged a flat rate of RM35
- Surcharge products – A small number of products will incur a surcharge that does not abide by the above conditions. This surcharge is calculated based on the shipping area. To know which products fall under this circumstance please contact our Customer Service.
In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please follow the directions in our FAQ or contact our Customer Service.
When a shipping fee is charged on orders paid by Cash on Delivery, the full fee must be paid on the first delivery if it is the case that the order is being processed in multiple shipments.
ReturnsYou may return your order or items for any of the following reasons:
|You received a damaged item from the courier|
|Your item is faulty within fourteen (14) days of receipt (if problems arise after this period, do not worry as most of our items come with original manufacturer’s warranty)|
|The item(s) shipped to you is not what you ordered|
|You changed your mind on your purchase|
|It is within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date|
|You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).|
|The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.|
|The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.|
|All sealed items must not be opened|
Please note that for hygienic and logistical reasons, some items are not returnable.
If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please fill in the Returns Form and send the item through Poslaju to:

Please keep the Tracking Number for the parcel provided by Poslaju to monitor your shipment to us.
We will conduct an evaluation within two (2) business days of receiving your returned items.
If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated in the return form. We will also reimburse the courier charges to you together with your refund/store credit.
If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you. We will not reimburse your courier charges.
All Refunds are issued in the form of Lazada Store Credit Vouchers by default.
