SHIPPING

Lazada aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase, as mentioned on the product page. However, if you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. All regions of Malaysia are eligible for free delivery, however a shipping fee may be applied. Conditions for fees are as follows:

  • EAST Malaysia - Orders below RM80 - RM25

  • WEST Malaysia - Orders below RM75 - RM15

  • Klang Valley - Orders below RM70 - RM15

  • Fulfilled by External Suppliers (Marketplace) - Shipping charges will apply to items fulfilled directly by our external suppliers. For clarifications, please contact our Customer Service.

  • Surcharge products – A small number of products will incur a surcharge that does not abide by the above conditions. This surcharge is calculated based on the shipping area. To know which products fall under this circumstance please contact our Customer Service.

In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please follow the directions in our FAQ or contact our Customer Service. When a shipping fee is charged on orders paid by Cash on Delivery, the full fee must be paid on the first delivery if it is the case that the order is being processed in multiple shipments.

RETURN

You may return your order or items for any of the following reasons:

  • You received a damaged item from the courier

  • You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).

  • The goods must be in an 'as new' condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.

  • The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.

  • All sealed items must not be opened. In case you have opened the seal, please refer for assistance to the relevant service center indicated on the warranty information.

Please note that for hygienic and logistical reasons, some items are not returnable. If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please include the return slip in the parcel and send the item through Pos Laju (other courier service provides are also accepted) to:

  • Please keep the Tracking Number for the parcel provided by Poslaju to monitor your shipment to us.

  • We will conduct an evaluation within two (2) business days of receiving your returned items, you will receive an sms and email once the returned item is received at the warehouse.

  • If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated in the return form. We will also reimburse the courier charges to you together with your refund/store credit.

  • If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you. We will not reimburse your courier charges.
