Lazada guarantee that all purchased products are genuine, brand new and not defective.
If the products received are not at the conditions described above, please notify us within 48 hours from the time you received the item. Lazada has the right to refuse any support if customers fail to inform us in the notification window period stated.
In case the product you receive does not meet our commitment as stated above, you will have 7 days to return products.
The returned item must be sent to Lazada for quality checking (QC). Lazada will replace it by a new one or refund the paid price of the returned item if it meets our Return terms and Conditions.
Not for heavy usage. I carried a mineral bottle, purse, note book, and folded umbrella, and the zipper became faulty. same with the sling bag, the zipper just went off the line, so the bag stayed open. and those incidents happened on my first and second day of traveling. i had to buy new bags to replacethem, so I just threw them away then, no use. these are the worst items that i bought from LAZADA so far.
