If the products received are not at the conditions described above, please notify us within 48 hours from the time you received the item. Lazada has the right to refuse any support if customers fail to inform us in the notification window period stated.
In case the product you receive does not meet our commitment as stated above, you will have 14 days to return products.
The returned item must be sent to Lazada for quality checking (QC). Lazada will replace it by a new one or refund the paid price of the returned item if it meets our Return terms and Conditions.
SK has always been my trusted brand. Their products are seperb and this one is no exception. That being said, the delivery for this item however, is very dissaponting. It took 3 calls to Lazada customer service and 7 working days for LEX to deliver this item to my door step. Unacceptable!
I placed my order on 14 Jun 2017, expected delivery is 15 Jun 2017-19 Jun 2017, so by logic the item should be shipped out today, Friday 16 Jun 2017 so that I will get the item on Monday 19 Jun 2017. Up till now, I have not received any update on the tracking number. I have called up Lazada and cancelled my order. Very frustrated because this is not the first time Lazada make false promises in regards to the delivery. My previous bad experience is also items "fulfilled by Lazada". I can understand if the seller is not Lazada. What is happening Lazada?
