Good product but poor delivery packaging

Like the product, unfortunately very poor delivery packaging and long delivery time. Ordered 2 sets i.e. 4 bottles on 04/04/2017, received quite late on 10/04/2017 although still within stipulated delivery period. Worst still, one bottle is broken within the packaging carton without sufficient protection against fragile item.
Lazada Customer Service is very good. Your personnel on duty promised to refund the purchase price without me having to return the damaged item. That is really efficient that saves the trouble to fill up return form, go to courier service etc. etc.
Love Nescafe Gold Blend, received within standard delivery time. Ordered 4 bottles, all individually bubble wrap, good condition but since its glass bottle during transportation mishap can happen. Would be ideal if add shredded papers or extra bubble wrap to fill in the gap. Received sample maggi seasoning, tks
