Been using over a month. Pretty good product, mops the floor very clean and most important, no need to wring mops anymore. The sponge lasts a long time. Just make sure its wet and softened before u squeeze it, otherwise u cud crack the housing, which was what happened to my old mop when my son helped me with the mopping.

Thoughtful idea, using a plastic sheet to protect during delivery. However, I think the 2 refills are OEM. Hopefully it is durable.

Delivery arrived fast and in good condition. product looks strong and solid. Bought extra sponges and it came a bit wet and sealed. I suppose it's meant to be kept wet to soften the sponge. Good product and reasonable price. 👍👍👍👍👍
