Delivery was fast. Received the item in good condition. Installation was pretty straight forward. But the speed control button seems like not controlling the speed at all, all levels swinging at the same speed. Overall, you get whatt paid for.

Quality: i believe it was good quality even tough on tag it staed made in China. Material, stitch and metal are sturdy yet not really havy, also not that light.\n\nExperience: My baby seems loves this auto swing, pray for me i could do housechore more than 15 weeks before. \n\nThe box seems untouched even by the shop as once open u r unable to put it back without traces, which is very secure.\n\nThe manual seems too simple, but I do follow instructions video from YT.\n\nI definitely will do recommended this store to my family and friends and will come back for shopping. \n\nI just wish this auto swing could be charge and not put on plug all the time. I'm actually not fond of putting on batteries. (there's batery option btw).\n\nthe toys on the awning was too short and unable to remove. but u could put another stroller/crib toys for ur baby. \n\noverall it's good gadget for napping and to play.

The only pink coloured is at the toys and buttons. Cushion sheet, frame and shade are all grey. The swing is still fine and working as it should but feels disappointed as it not as per my expectations. The seller said this is their new stock hence it is different from other customer review in this ads. Bought on February 2021\n\nUpdate: I received refund of RM20.00 because of the color complaint. They offer me to change the item but the process not that simple and will take time.
