Used before, quite ok. Cheaper than Naruko official store's price on Lazada. I'm not sure if the warehouse doesn't have a smaller (more suitable size) box to pack my order or what, it's way too big that my items came in a mess like what shown in the photo and video. Luckily no damage or leakage despite the feminine wash bottle cap was slightly opened. Kindly improve on packing.
