packaging could be better and the cutting on the ear bud has sort of tears and 3.5mm audio jack have to push in hard into laptop to use it while my other audio jack works fine. overall the sound quality is good just the manufacturer part could be better.

The seller's packaging quality is so so, and the product packaging boxes are slightly dented, not so nice if present it to someone as a gift. The sound quality is ok, but the volume control buttons are not functioning. I am using Samsung Galaxy A10s. Voice calling is not tested yet, and I don't expect it to be functional either. No extra earbuds. There is a dent at the cable. And both sides of the cable connection at the volumn control housing are thin, the durability is in doubt.

Earphone taklah kira panjang, sebab ada pusing pusing di tengah. Dan sebab pusing pusing itu, earphone ini rasanya ada elastic, rasa tak senang patah di bahagian plug.

Fast delivery. Not the product for you if you want hifi quality. It falls short big time. However for the price, it is value for money. Bass is not tight, lacking in mid range and high notes.

Bought 3 sets of earphone, all 3 earphone function properly. just that the cable for earphone a bit damage physically(not sure is factory packaging or other issue). Overall the product is fairly good.

It's a good earphone if you're on tight budget or if you're looking for spare earphone. But if you have extra cash to spend then it's definitely better to buy more quality earphone.
