Order 11th rcvd on 20th, pack in box with buble n separate fr non food stuff. Delivery stuck at distribution center for 5 days and only rcvd partially. Another part non food stuff still at distribution center. Maybe can improve on sorting so that same order or same delivery area item can be delivered in one journey instead of multiple time. Used to get nxt day or within 3 days.

All arrived in good order. The noodles not broken. I like lazada groceries for using less bubble wrap. Malaysians need to cultivate awareness on plastic pollution. Since online shopping is so massive; we need to stop expecting thick bubble wrap which only create massive plastic pollution. Reduce, recycle & reuse plastic pls ♻️
