Poor packing. I bought the shampoo and the dying. the shampoo just back in a plastic bag so it leaking left 3/5 when I get the parcel. the dying have itself box. and the box damage too . I don't know how the shop can pack an item like this and thought out to post it come to customer. I haven't use the product yet but if it good I also will not come back to buy from the shop packing like this anymore.....not sure the item how to comes after reach buyer side . \n

Some leakage at the bottom of the bottle. Thank god its not big leak, but still.\n\nWhen deliver, advise seller to always pack heavy bottle with liquid inside in a packing box, small one. Bubble wrap won't help if the delivery guy didnt do their job correctly.\n\nNext time pack better.

Good product but seller should improve in packaging for shipping. Should use bubble wrap or box. Luckily the demage is not serious

This brand has hologram sticker. long expiry date. There are multiple brand with exactly same logo and packaging. - making it confusing which is the original brand

Product is good after used for several months. Although I don't see any improvement on the grey hair but it gives great help in hair loss issues. With this shampoo now I can count that only 5 - 6 hair fall on my palm when I wash hair. It was a big bunch of hair loss on palm or so much that it was uncountable.\nBuying another 2 to give away for friends to try too.\nPackaging is rather disappointing this time with no bubble wrap that one of the bottle was dented luckily no leakage.
