the product is fully function. customer service/support need to be improve and friendly. \nEdited - Mine already broken at fan head after 1 month of usage. Ask for warranty claim through seller message, but not responding until now. The plastic head a bit sensitive because of low quality plastic, even though you take care carefully, not hard usage. the fan feel cool even you use level 1 speed. If build of quality great and warranty claim with address given. Then this rating will be five again. Thank you.

Stand fan quality is below average and understandable due to the price. Bought 2 unit and one of the frame bracket is broken but seller offer to return or buy another fan which I find it troublesome so just let it pass.

The stand firm is good if the stand height is not to the maximum height. If pull to the maximum height , it is not stable - does not stand erect

it's not the same as Panasonic, but it's not bad a deal. Fan is a bit noisy on mid to high speed. Its a decent affordable standing fan.

Dari kedai tak da masalah good service. Masalah bahagian penghantaran hold barrang terlalu lama... Hmpr 2 minggu.. Dri 11/7 sampai 22/7. Call hub tak angkat make complain dekat cust services baru sampai..kalau x lama lagi nak sampai. Estimated time courier tulis 2-4/sep.

Received the parcel safe and sound. However, when I opened the box, I saw the fan motor front plastic cover was broken. I had to use the Resin and Hardener to mend that broken piece carefully. Thanks to the seller for delivering the maroon colour Stand fan as requested by me in the CHAT. Worth it.

bought for about rm72, ordered on 3rd and received on 7th. wind are strong even at 1st level. the sound is quite loud but bearable. very sturdy and it looks very nice. has some scratches and the bottom look used. the plug wire is quite long. overall a worth buy.

dh terima..order 10hb.12hb dh sampai..packing ok.. barang pun ok x de retak ke apa..tapak kipas pun kukuh..no 1pun laju angin nye. tp bunyi kuat la pulak..xpe ok je..harap tahan lama..

benda baru mesti la elok kan? harap² kipas ni boleh bertahan sampai habis warranty.. sebelum ni ada beli kipas jenama yg sama (SAMVIEW) just bertahan 4 bulan je.. already DM to pengilang n masih belum ada jawapan..

Worth the money. Easy to install. Really cool air. And cheaper! I recommend you guys to buy this. Btw, thanks for wrapping it properly since the courier threw it, but luckily all good! I am satisfied.
