The digital scale in broken pieces. the packing was only with a plastic wrapper. no fragile sticker or bubble wrap. looking at the item, I don't think it's because or poor delivery handling. it's so broken and in many small pieces as though someone deliberately broke it with a hammer.\n\nUpdate: Seller was very quick to respond to me immediately and offer a replacement and arrived the next day. Excellent service. The scale works as advertised. tq

item received in working condition. just that you have to charge it up as internal battery is flat. The app is print stick behind the item. \nthis is just a weight, it don't have other special spec. Just a Bluetooth weight machine only.\nAs for quality, not up to my expectations.

Battery is empty when received, white cable provided did not charge even after 6 hours. Only when I used my phone cable charger did the display show it charging. After 6 hours initial charging, finally able to detect and bind with app. It now works properly. App is user-friendly, data automatically reflected when weighing. Responsive seller. Acceptable for the price.
