I bought this after reading other buyers review. it does get warm, but at certain area (say your calf or ankle), it falls off quite fast. perhaps I moved too much? \n\nsize of patches not big, but it's alright as you can use more if you need to cover bigger area. \n\nSmell is not strong, u know its there because of the warmth.
