Each house comes with one LEGO figure, and it also includes separate stickers for those who prefer not to stick them on the pieces. There are many varieties of pieces to create various decorative objects beyond what’s taught in the manual. I also received 5 extra pieces, including 2 extra pairs of arms and 1 extra 2x1 block. I recommend getting these; I bought 4 dream house kits, 1 kit with 3 bases, and 1 small forest with animals. I really enjoyed them and recommend this store; the products are excellent.
