decent fatty beef, and flavourful. really great steaks for the price. I defrosted, let it sit in the packet in 65degree water for 20mins and then quick fry in butter. it's an interesting taste. my one criticism is I wish the cuts were maybe 1/2-1 inch thicker.good buy tho!

Purchased Lamb Shoulders, Beef Ribeye Steak and Meltique Beef Sirloin Slices. The Sirloin pieces weigh averagely +200gm each. Right thickness each slice. Outwardly each slice is with fine marbling. Never homecooked these before. Am looking forward to learning what makes a tender and juicy bite. So far, pieces look good and delivered from Rawang to Ipoh, frozen in styrofoam box filled with ice. My purchase was RM300+ before discount so shipping was FOC.

Firstly, absolute fast delivery. Ordered last night and delivered this morning. Very responsible seller, when he dropped off the steaks, he called me and thankfully he did as I was out buying groceries. He placed the steaks in my car porch. Came back, took the box in and as you see, well packed and 6 pieces delivered as I have ordered. Marbling looks great and will try it tomorrow night for dinner. Looks kinda small, thickness slightly more than the ribeye. Don't have a weighing scale to confirm weight. Delivery was fast, next day get. All arrive properly frozen in a foam box filled with ice.

Good and more economical beef steak for wagyu beef lovers. Reached to me in well packed foam with ice. I wish they don't use canola oil... Prefer avocado, coconut or olive oil instead if going to consume more.

at first transporter lost my steaks than found it at other warehouse so delay my delivery to next day 5:30pm only I received my steaks soft/ thawed and soak in blood water. totally not frozen and no more ice in the box bad condition.

cooked a piece of the beef steak (medium well and well done) and so this is the texture. i shall try medium next round.

First time having meltique, it's tender but not very flavourful as the usual cuts that i usually have, it's very different from from the usual steak as the fat seems like its not beef fat, the fat in room temperature will become white and solid. If you had a good marbling wagyu steak before this will give a very different experience but it's an affordable steak nonetheless.
