Fast delivery, CN plug but no issue for me. Not sure how to define its working or not though can see the moisture absorbed by the dehumidifier. However, the moisture level still is still around 66 to 68.

Good product but this is a China version.. the plug is flat 2 pin.. instruction manual and text all in Chinese!

so far the shipment everything consider fast. order on 11/11/23 got my parcel on 15/11/23. But most important thing is... everything looks good. my hostel room not so big. this machine enough for my room size. hope it really work well. just now humidity is 70 percent now become 69 percent. hope it accurate... and this is Malaysia plug. and this machine also easy to use. not so complicated \nbutton on and off or you can use remote control. \nbut while I comment this post. turn back to 70 percent. hope this machine really work well. anything will updates again.

this is the second time me buying this model. Good way to absorb moist in my house. if possible, i wish that the wire would be longer, so i can use it wider. but everything was good, love it.

The machine is good for small area, but If u have big living room need 2..very slow collect the water. But worth the price. Cause other brand was few time over the price.

Delivery was ok. Ordered on 2/3, received in 6/3. \nNinja van’s delivery status not align, causing confusion. But in the end issue resolved after checking. \nProduct seems to work fine. Easy to use comes with a Malaysia plug. Hope it helps with the humidity level to reduce.
