3rd time buying from this seller. Price getting higher and higher. The previous 2 times I always buy with no bubble wrap. So this time I add RM2 for bubble wrap but in fact I see did not make a different as the bubble wrap is not thick, it just one layer. Overall delivery time is acceptable and quality of the filter is ok. I’m just get used to it and no explore others.

yearly purchase for replacement filter. replace every 9-12months depending on the usage. but no extra protection except bubble wrap. dented box, lucky the filter was not damage

Best filter. Change every 6 months. After 6 months, the water volume will become smaller. You will notice a smaller water flow meaning it is time to change filter. Convenient and affordable to use. Better than Coway, Cuckoo which charges exorbitant fees.
