Really soft and comfortable, good for someone who wants a contour shaped pillow but not too high as to push the neck too much. I usually prefer sleeping on a flatter pillow, so this pillow height is perfect (slightly taller than my vertical ergo mouse). For others who prefer bigger pillow, you might want to get K-123 instead.

Packed okay and received safely. At first the pillow seems a tad too low - My other ergo pillows tend to be higher, but slept on it last night and it seems to be fine. The design looks a bit like the tempur millenium, with the middle bit slightly caved it with the top jutting out, but it is firmer that the tempur pillow and holds it shape better overnight, so I don’t remember having to use my hands to prop up my head and ending with numbed hands in the morning. Good so far, hope it lasts. I also have cervical neck issues so this seems to be a good middle ground of being soft enough bit firm enough at the same time.

I tried this pillow years ago, it was unexpectedly comfortable & it really helped with my neck & shoulder discomforts.\nThen I got myself pillows from NeckPro thinking it would also be as good for my neck but I was wrong, my neck pain worsen as their pillows were too high. I couldn't sleep well every night.\n\nSo here I am again, back to this Koyoto pillow. My neck feels better again & I can finally sleep better!\n\nThis pillow is also great for side sleepers. It may not be suitable for you if you're used to taller pillows though.

The pillow isn’t as high as I expected. I was looking for high pillow. It’s soft but I don’t really like it. It’s all down to individual preference, really. Though it’s just not for me, if you like low pillow and soft one this is just good.

Overall good product, just doesn’t suit me as it is quite low around 10cm thick for neck area before impression.

Pillow with this shape was what I was looking for, but this pillow is a bit hard. I have already bought a few types of spine care othopedic pillows for my family but this one is the hardest so far. It would be nice if this pillow was a bit softer.

Been trying it out for more than a week now. Unfortunately it doesn't help.with \nmy neck stiffness, my reason being it's too soft and too thin for my liking Will continue to hunt for a different pillow.
