Seller hantar barang awal tapi Ninja Van yg lambat. Kotak semua kemek dan terkoyak. A bit disappointed with delivery progress. Tunggu seminggu baru sampai saya. Courier yang lambat.

over all good. mask quality is good and comfortable, the only thing a bit confused is the standard of the mask label on the box, YY/T0969 is just ordinary face mask while EN14683 is surgical mask, would be better if seller can clarify clearly

Checked the QR code. Is an authentic product. But the earloop is quite loose. Not sure is it changed by manufacturer. The mask is sent in parcel bag with unfolded box, not an issue for me 👍
