received replacement for wrong color of screen film in previous order. customer service was helpful, was given a choice b/n refund or replacement. Opted for the latter, just had to place another order for them to send the replacement. took a while (overseas shop) but got my film and installed it at last.

Very fast receipt of order. Good job seller & your courier partner, Best 👍 This is my 3rd piece of WeFilm sun shade. The previous 2 were purchased a couple of years ago & better materials used. Compared with others in the market, product quality is still acceptable for the price paid & certainly better than a piece I bought a couple weeks ago from another seller who didn't even use tapes for the edges.

This is my 3rd purchase of the sunscreen that took a week to get in from China. I find the product very effective in reducing the sun's rays from entering through my kitchen windows, leaving the area within so much cooler. At the same time, it is also acts as a privacy screen - you can't see what's behind the screen from the outside. There are sufficient grommets to hold the screen securely. All in all, a very cost effective heat reduction solution for me.
