Fast delivery. Long expiry date. Wrapped up in bubble wrap, but all boxes are dented. Tried the probiotic, taste like Calpis. I'm easily bloated after meals. Comparing the effect to reduce bloatness, this is not as effective as Atomy. But I will continue to finish all and compare again. Easy to consume.
