order placed on 4th, seller only shipped out 4 days after on 8th, while delivery service is fast I received on 10th in two days. Product received in the delivery plastic bag. Unfortunately it has indentation on the foam which is disappointing, hence o only rate 3 stars for the overall quality and all shipping.
