It’s easy & simple to setup and use. The printing is not super sharp, but good enough. The one negative point for me is that there isn’t a holder for the sticker roll, so the alignment is always off. The printer is okay but the label stickers that comes with the printer and sticker combo does not allow for the prints to be clear at all. NIIMBOT’s CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE - IGNORED ALL MY MESSAGES! No wonder they bundle that white sticker roll with the printers since it’s useless. The transparent stickers I purchased separately is amazing. Made mini versions of my fav perfumes to carry along in my bag and the labels made all the difference.

As described. I have a Niimbot D11 and upgraded to the B1. The instruction manual is in Chinese, but it seems straightforward enough to use. I haven't printed anything out yet because the labels are still on the way.\n\nReceived the labels. I absolutely LOVE the fact that it will automatically adjust the label for printing. No wasted labels due to misprints.

it work properly. Inside the box, i got device, cable charger, label sticker, and manual guide. the instruction is easy to understand. Via app, we can design our own label trademark. this device just has 1 button which mean, press hold 3 second to activate and also press hold 3 second tu turn off. the weigh not too heavy and easy to carry with one hand.

Good product. I have D110 as well but B1 aligns labels much easier & doesn’t waste the 1st label when you start up or change to new label type.\n\nOverall typical NIIMBOT product as expected & easy to use app.\n\nPackaging less than desired, just box “thrown” into a plastic wrap. Box damaged on arrival but contents OK. Note free labels included inside the printer
