Quality:10/10 Texture:10/10 Effectiveness:10/10\ni tested on eyeshadow & lip matte as u can see it did transfer bcs it didn't fully dry (my bad) but uts really good once it dried down!!! seller is so nice for giving me foundation samples but im afraid its too light for my skin. but thanks anyway y.o.u, love y.o.u 💗!

haven't used it yet but I'll edit my comments after I use it. Double bubble wrap around the product very good. delivery fast.\n\nupdate review: it has a nice scent and it made my makeup matte but only can last for a few hours if I sweat it'll shed like dried gum
