I bought for my dad, the heel pad for him quite thin and the size abit tight for him. He has big foot.

In fact, this is the second day of my using and the real test of the heel pad. I have to descend 4 flights of steps\ncoming down 3 storeys from my church. I have plantar fasciitis on my right heel, so coming down on stair cases would necessitate using my left leg first then my right leg. Wearing the heel pad makes stepping out with right leg & setting down the foot easier & without ache to my right heel. I'm greatly relieved with overcoming the pain to my right heel now.
