I'm on the fleshy side so this thing actually will roll down from the upper part of the elastic band, only if I walk around in it though. Won't heat up. Stretchy enough to not feel uncomfortable.

I can really feel the heat after wearing it. However the seller should make it clearer as to how to wear it properly. A lot of the reviews i saw, the customers were not wearing it correctly. The rubber dots should be in contact with your skin.
