So far, installation and usage are fine. However, 1 part does not look exactly as how it was advertised, as shown in picture 2. Hopefully, it will be durable as previously this part broke, but it was a different product from a different seller.

Bought this stainless steel 304 flexible shower hose bidet to replace my bathroom’s hose. Somehow after 2 days using this hose is leaking. I’m very disappointed because I had pressed order received and can’t refund.

Minimal packing. Received in good condition. Hvnt installed. Hope no leaks. Thnks seller\n\nUpon installation, found leaking at hand bidet end of the hose. Had to use double gasket to prevent leakage. The design of the internal brass piece not as good as other hose brands because there was no buttress for the gasket to fit properly in place.

Fit well for the heater shower but the one for bidet spray cannot fit, water will leak with or without the rubber ring insert. Not sure why.
