really dislike the automated replies in chats. replies are immediate but do not answer my questions, which leads to delayed responses from seller. enquired with seller before I ordered if this is compatible with my iPad (5th Gen) & seller replied yes. After I ordered, I received an automated reply stating the “PD port is for charging main devices only”. Not sure what that means, I checked with the seller again. It was only after item was sent that seller replied “not recommended for charging iPad”…….. I bought this with the purpose of charging my iPad 😑 usually quite happy with ugreen products but descriptions of products are unclear.
