Good quality electric kettle from Elba. This unit is with concealed heating element. Sold by Lotus's at cheaper price than other sellers out there. I think packaging needs to be improved but luckily no damages to the kettle inside.

Very slow delivery. No packing at all.. Only fragile sticker stuck onto the original box for delivery.. No bubble wrapping used to prevent damage during delivery.. Fortunately no damage to the product upon receipt. Large capacity.. Very bad experience with the seller. Slow service n no sense of care on delivery.

Item has been received. Model advertised for sale are ek-A5021Ss/ek-K5226Ss but model received is ek-R5336(GR). Color of kettle on the box is gray, so l assumed both kettle AND lid will be gray but they have mismatched color; kettle in gray color, lid in black color. And was the lid supposed to be a little loose and not snug? This is my first time buying Elba kettle so I have no idea if all Elba kettle supposed to be like that. This is also my first time buying from Lotus online, and it's not a good experience. I know it's been hectic during the sale period, but please double check the item and order next time. I'm pretty disappointed with this purchase.

Delivery was fast. However the lousiest packaging I ever received. Seller just sent the kettle with original box without wrapping. Kettle was put inside a plastic bag without any foam protection by the side. Lucky zero damage or dented during shipping process.
