Seemed a bit thin for 5 ply but actually works to contain average amount of liquid. Surprised that item had no protective packaging at all especially since it took Seller a few days to ship out. just glad it arrived intact although a bit slow.

Barang sampai dengan elok.. Tp dalam parcel basah, tak tahu salah dari siapa. Nasib baik urine pad tu dalam plastic and wet tissue tu ada sticker so tak masuk la air... Overall barang semua ok. Delivery pun ok. Thanks seller

size S is correct but why size M pack come withouth original packaging? it is another brand? so I suspected size M is not the 5 layer pee pad, and I compared it with my previous pad on hand with the actual 5 layers pack, it is not the same. Is disappointed that they put picture of the packaging and send me something else.

This is my 3rd repeat order. Good quality. However this round I was surprised upon unpacking to find the goods being packed in plain plastic which was different from previous. Previous was packed in proper packaging and labelling unlike this time. I am doubtful if the goods were the same. Can’t do nothing but to accept hopefully quality is not being compromised. Refer photo, the deference between both previous and current order.
