packing was good but not being handled well resulting the product were not vacuum packed and puncture with a small hole. Rice leaked out too. Love the wholegrain goodness, Delicious and healthy rice,

The item should be vacuum-packed. Despite being bubble wrapped, there is a cut on the packaging itself making it not vacuum-packed anymore. Since this is shipped directly from the warehouse/factory, nothing to concern on my part. I’m sure it was freshly packed and something happened either during the packaging process or transportation. Would buy again in the future

only 1 layer of rice plastic bag punctured already soft and air go into rice not vacumm pack anymore. previously 2 layers of rice plastic bag was able to be vacumm pack
