The item should be vacuum-packed. Despite being bubble wrapped, there is a cut on the packaging itself making it not vacuum-packed anymore. Since this is shipped directly from the warehouse/factory, nothing to concern on my part. I’m sure it was freshly packed and something happened either during the packaging process or transportation. Would buy again in the future

Ordered EcoBrown's Gold on 2nd Nov and received it in good condition on 4 Nov. Proper packaging of vacuum pack rice that was bubble wrapped too. The pack of rice was still hard as brick.\nFirst time buying this on line as have always got it off the shelves of supermarkets but because they seem to have a shortage where I always frequent, have decided to get it on line.
