Good to help your immune system, One vitamin C 1000mg if feeling a cold or flu coming on; of sick take 2 to fight it. Usually we take 500 MG daily. \nOne of our teen likes the taste and soft gel but not hard types, so bought this for her. Available in multiple pack sizes.
