I have a minor slipped disc problem, I am using vono mattress for a few years, now I am okay with this new mattress. when I first received this mattress, the surface a bit soft that make me worried, after sleeping one week, I quite enjoy the softness and so far didn't affect my slipped disc problem.

Very rude kind drivers. My parents are old.. Thy asked help to send upstairs.. The driver n helper mumbled and very sarcastic before help put the mattress upstairs. Hope this attitude can be changed! \n\nHope good customer service are given next time by the seller n lorry driver! \n

Just received item. Quite slow. Driver was fantastic and very kind and helpful. Call me now and then regarding his location so that I can wait for him. Carry the mattresses all the way to my living room. Fine matteress and good value for money.

Change your delivery partner please. Door to door delivery is not true. Your delivery men demanded for tips because they had to carry up to 2nd floor.
