Water pressure guns received as advertised with accessories and free gift, multi spray nozzle. Tested the gun with all 3 batteries noted to be in good working order and conditions. But the water pressure in not high as the electric high pressure water gun. For normal air-conditioning cleaning and and washing car and motorcycle no problem. Trusted seller, recommended to buy from them.

the advertisement shows 10 cells battery. Also chat with seller and confirmed the device fit for 21V battery. It is bcoz I hv a few of this type and voltage of batteries using on difference devices, like air blower, grass trimmer, wrench...so I want the batteries can be used on this water gun as well.\n\nAfter received, found the weight of the battery is abnormal, open the cover found it has only 3 cells and supply 11.75V\n\nThe seller is cheating on me and spoiled my planning.

Pump is not powerful. Use suitable for gardening and car wash if water pressure for the house or office or factory is low! Uable to remove stubborn molds or algae or stains. The Pump had water inside and wetted the batteries! Fortunately no rusting! The battery claimed to be 998VF but it workable and unable. This seller's is trying to make this product as affordable to many many poor and average earners a wonderful chance to own one!❤️❤️❤️

Quality is fair, pressure is not as high as expected, battery is very light don't know how long it can last. Better to buy it with the tool box, 2 batteries and a multi-noozle.

Two faulty batteries was delivered, the shipper has replenish the battery with no problem. hopefully the new battery can lasting as expected.

Usable but I expect better. 998VF battery, without charge indicator LED, is lighter than others battery of same size that I have. The water jet is not powerful, most powerful mode is very tiny stream, probably several hundred times less than a real power washer that I have. The wide mode is not very useful at all, can use for general rinse of car, but hardly can remove stubborn grimes. Only convenient is it is portable and can suck water from pale, so it's handy, no hassle to setup unlike conventional power washer. Since it was on sale, I give 4 stars instead of 3 stars.\n\nUPDATE - After using for some time and battery ran out of charge, I plug in my existing battery and it became more powerful. I tried with another 2 batteries and same result. I think the battery that came with water jet is not so good. I fully charged it before using, so it's not due to not fully charged. Now I'm quite satisfied with its performance.
