O 8. S 10. R 11. Comes with ear shields, gloves and a shoulder cover (flimsy but does the job). Use on dry hair with or without gloves. Color doesn't stain hands/skin. Convenient. Very much cheaper than go to salon. Covers grey hair. tq\n Effectiveness:Note: Frequent shampooing will speed up the fading of color.

Quality : ok\nTexture : smooth\nEffectiveness : good and convenient to use. However label on the container does not indicate the colour of the dye in english (only in chinese characters). Colour is indicated by a sticker on the box only. I suggest the colour of the dye should be boldly printed on the container in mandarin as well as in english.

遮蓋白髮效果出乎意料的好，以前用日本的泡泡染蓋不過的白髮，全部蓋過了，上色時間很快，但是跟宣傳不同，會染皮膚，臉盆，洗手台，所以有沾到都要趕快擦洗。皮膚要上凡士林保護。暫時不覺得髮質受損太多。

The colour does stay on. It’s been 2 weeks I can still see the colour. It’s not very bright or strong but it definitely gives a hint to brown to your hair. It makes the hair abit rough while applying, so rmb to use conditioner after you wash it out.

Ordered 4 bottles of black tea. I got sent 2 black tea, 2 black. Wasn’t even informed, no reply from seller either. Disappointed by the service.\nThe hair dye does work. I dyed chestnut brown 2 weeks ago, I can still see the colour but the colour isn’t not super light or bright. Black should be provide better coverage. \nHair feels a little coarse after, please use conditioner.
