It’s convenience of using the pre-cut slices in various ways, such as for making tea, adding to soups, or even chewing on them directly.\nIt may be effective for preventing cold or flu symptoms in adults when a specific extract (CVT-E002) is used. When taken orally for the short-term (up to 12 weeks), American ginseng is likely safe. Potential side effects are generally mild and may include headaches, nervousness, or insomnia, especially at high doses. It may interact with certain medications, including blood thinners (like warfarin), diabetes medications, and some antidepressants .

This is my second purchase from this seller as I was quite pleased with the first batch, all big slices. However, slightly disappointed with this purchase as the slices are much smaller and lots of broken pieces unlike the first batch. Anyway, if they taste as good as the previous ones, I’ll continue to purchase from this seller.
