Received item with a hole broke by sharp object believed made during packing process. This is second time received item punctured with breakage. The bubble wrap was in good condition so l believed it happened during packing. l hope the seller can be more careful and improve the packing process.

Received item in well packed bubble wrap. But found a breakage at one corner of the rice bag. Seller claimed it was due to the pressure. As there is not much leakage from the package and no bad smell, it's considered acceptable.
