Excellent service by seller and lazada express. The carrier came one day after my order date. The carrier is easy to set up ie zip into place. I like it because it's easier to handle for my new kitten. She doesn't mind being placed into it as its comfortable for her. The carrier is easily portable as it has a top ' handle' as well as can be a back pack. Size is just nice for my 2.6kg kitten.
