Seller is very helpful and respond immediately when contacted. When first arrived overseas, the sim card cannot be used at first, but it was resolved after contacting seller. The sim card internet data speed/coverage however is quite bad, even in the uk. I was surprised because ‘3’ is actually a good network provider in the uk. The internet coverage got better in the rest of europe in fact.

Functionality: We travelled to Manchester and London. This was a great purchase, no issues with connection at all especially in London. Others in my group were on MY sim roaming and our signal on partner network Vodafone was poor even in the city. But this THREE sim was amazing! Do remember to scan the QR code on the package to inform your arrival date.

Need to scan a QR code on a sticker pasted on the front package to activate this sim card. Is it absolutely safe to scan this QR code? Why sim cards to other places do not need scanning any QR codes?
