Packed well. Product itself is good. Doesn’t have as strong a lemongrass smell as expected. The spray nozzle is good — doesn’t go out of alignment easily.

Parcel when arrive.. from outside can see like everything is ok but when open everything things inside up side down. And also wet due to this items water all pour out just leave the empty bottle

使用了过后才来给comment. 用了两天真的没再看到壁虎了，不然每天都需要清理那便便烦亖了。希望对蚊子也有功效吧。就是香茅味道有点重

Packing to Shipping took four days. Quite fast. Received in good conditions. Tried today. Mild cleaning agent with a natural scent. Hopefully it can repel insects too without harmful chemicals.

The packing is wrapped with bubble wraps, but still the spray bottle is dented and leaking. Should either use a box or out fragile on the package.

Repeat purchase because it seemed to work for my needs \narrived in good condition with bubble wrap packs
