1- All chocolate melted and warm condition. Unreliable. Very2 disappointed. 2- Original plan as a gift to a friend now have to go to plan B. Buy chocolate from shop. 3 - Late delivery. Ordered on 13 March delivered on 16 March.

Nicely packed with bubble wrap & ice pack. Packaging box in good condition, not dented at all. Can see clearly the chocolate is melted and sticked on wall of bottle. Understand this has nothing to do with seller, our weather is too hot for chocolate delivery

Seller was great however the j&t courier had my parcel for few more days (i received noti noted that i would receive my parcel on 1/3) but i receive it today and he do not contact me before deliver and just put it on the ground tiles that was hot today..choc had melted half of bottle.. it would be okay if i were to eat it myself but i want to give it to a friend as a gift😩.. really upsetting.. just hope seller would choose other courier partner other than j&t next time.

Coklat diterima dalam keadaan baik pada 12/3. Dpt beli dgn harga yg murah sbb dh hampir tarikh luput. Tapi x apa sempat je habis sbb anak2 mmg suka dgn coklat ni. Tak sempat expired mmg akan habis.

However initially, there was a wrong description of the product where the white chocolate with biscuits showed 450grams instead of actual 380grams. this white chocs with biscuits version is extremely sweet as compared to other type of chocolates such as the milk /dark chocolate version.\n
