I expected that after spending up to the required amount to receive the free gift, the seller would send a proper, good-condition item. But when I opened the box, I was disappointed to see obvious scratches. The seller initially confirmed I could return it, but Lazada advised to request a replacement directly since my purchased items had no issue — only the free gift was defective. However, the seller rejected the replacement. If the seller wants to give a free gift, it should be in good condition, not a defective item.
