If your machine is leaking like the video, please tighten the waste water tank nozzle screw/nut. I thought my machine was defective but the seller support was good and they advised me on this. Don’t have to be super tight, just hand tight until it cannot turn to ensure a good seal.

Super fast dispatch and delivery. Powerful suction for thorough cleaning, Lightweight and easy to maneuver, It would be underrated to review it as value for money. The machine performs beyond the amount you pay for it. It is excellent. The suction is strong and it is easy to use. Perfect to clean car seats , sofa , cushions and carpet . The machine can run 20-30 minutes without any issues. I gave 5-7 minutes break after every 20 minutes of usage.

Very good package protection with double cartons. As such, received with no damage. Tested cleaning my MPV car seats and found the suction quite strong and able to clean my car seat in clean conditions. I was shocked, as the dirty water 💦 become very black in colour. The best is it got a large cleaning water capacity for longer use, compared to other brands that have to top many times.

it's easy to use but heated up quickly and after a few minutes it stopped suction and there is a tiny hole in the hose. how to claim the warranty?

Works well. The sound is not too noisy. For stubborn dirt, scrub a little. Suction power is also ok. Cleaned spot dried easily just need to make sure you vacuum most of the water. Buy during the sale so worth it.
