Just got these pajama pants, super comfy, match the description, very warm, great value, will buy again.

It's pretty good and quite soft. It definitely doesn't dig into my belly, I just tried it on casually.

I bought two pairs of pants, one in pink and one with stripes. I tried on the pink ones, and they were great, so I washed them. The pink pants are really nice, and I quite like them. However, the striped pair had an issue with the waistband; it lacks elasticity and is hard to put on and take off. Since they're the same style, just different colors, they should both be as comfortable as the pink ones. I washed them, so I understand and accept that I can't return them. I mentioned the wash to be upfront about the quality issue, but the customer service said they couldn't see any issue from the video I sent. I'm disappointed because they refuse to acknowledge the problem with the striped pants' waistband elasticity. It's a simple matter of acknowledgment, which doesn't need to be complicated. I've included screenshots but couldn't share the entire chat. I've put in a lot of effort over these pants and communicated extensively with customer service. I don't want a refund or a replacement; I just want them to acknowledge the issue. The other pair is fine. This is the first time I've left such a review. Let's remember this moment of complaint.
