Most brands have one long and one short piece, so the socket fits well. This brand has both pieces the same length and they’re really short, making it a perfect fit. It’s great that they designed it this way!

The pipe and head were assembled like this, and customer service suggested I give it a try. I was a bit worried about using it outside, just in case something went wrong with the water pipe. So I decided to cut it to show my loss, and then customer service mentioned they wouldn't compensate for human damage, which was quite surprising!

Installation was super easy, I had it done in just a few minutes. The product functions similarly to other common ones out there. The look is nice with clear red and blue temperature markings, and the material is really good. The quality is impressive; the stainless steel mesh is covered with a plastic tube that doesn't rust easily. The rubber pads on both ends are great quality, and with a little tightening, there's no leaking at all.

The design could be better; having both pipes the same length makes it a bit tricky to tighten them up. Other brands stagger the lengths, making it easier to tighten both pipes without much effort.
